We need to do the following to develop the project:

 

• Increase the participation of the general population, professionals and local elected officials in the project: information, communication, training and definition work.
• Begin the construction of the hospital, using the most efficient tools and facilitating the participation of the different administrations.
• Create the legal body for administration and cross-border management: the inter-administrative consortium.
• Define the tools that the joint cross-border hospital will have to use and the healthcare network in Cerdanya and Capcir: Clinical management, shared clinical histories, network referencing systems, etc.
• Promote joint training of professionals.
• Promote the culture of the new hospital by increasing healthcare services for the entire population of the cross-border region.
